Nazir textile stands out as one of the most trusted manufacturers in the realm of quality-driven textile production. With a legacy of weaving since 2020 and exporting since 2018, we have mastered every facet of the industry, including yarn production, weaving, finishing (printing and dyeing), and confectioning/CMT.
Our proudest achievement is our track record: we have never lost a customer since our inception, thanks to our unwavering commitment to quality. As one of the few vendors in Pakistan, we proudly supply licensed home textiles to prominent importers and distributors in the sector.
Our facilities are fully equipped to produce over 2 million retail-packed home textiles and towels, as well as million meters of fabric—all crafted in-house. At Nazir textile, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in every product we create.

Why Choose Us

Yarn

we source only the highest quality yarns. We pay close attention not only to the fiber quality but also to the composition and yarn counts. Unlike our competitors, we do not exploit tolerances in yarn counts—such as making 32/33/34/1 yarns instead of the specified 30, or 44/45 Single instead of 40. Our strict quality standards are reflected in the superior quality of our fabrics and end products, ensuring precise GSM weight as well as an exceptional feel and appearance.

Weaving

With a remarkable production capacity that allows us to meet the timely demands of all our customers, our weaving machines are equipped to tackle the challenges of the textile industry. Our weaving facilities feature Sulzer shuttleless looms, as well as both plain and Jacquard auto looms. We consistently provide textiles made with T200, T300, and higher thread counts, produced on airjet looms, which we operate under contract weaving agreements.

Stitching

We warmly welcome customers to visit our state-of-the-art confectioning and stitching factory in Pakistan, either in person or through their representatives. Our stitching and packaging unit has earned high praise from our valued clients for being among the most modern, clean, and technologically advanced facilities in the industry. We ensure that our machines are always up-to-date; currently, we are equipped with brand new Juki and Pegasus Kansai models from 2018.

Processing & Finishing

Our processing capabilities include cutting-edge rotary printing machines, continuous dyeing ranges such as Thermosol and Pad Steam, and open-width bleaching ranges equipped with sanforizing, mercerizing, and raising machines. We utilize state-of-the-art technology for printing and dyeing with pigment, reactive, and VAT dyes, offering both standard and specialized finishes. These finishes include features like crease resistance, stain release, water repellency, fire retardancy, and antibacterial properties.

Embroidery

Since 2007, we have provided embroidery services to our regular customers on a contract basis, keeping our machines engaged throughout the year. We consistently produce a minimum of 20,000 units each month, specializing in bedwear and bath woven sets that include shower curtains, WC covers, WC pond covers, and toilet paper covers, all enhanced with intricate laces and embroidery.

Our responsibility continues even after delivery, as we see ourselves as both sellers and buyers, ensuring our products reach consumers without complaints. While we may not aim to be the largest, we take pride in being one of the most quality-conscious producers in the industry.
