Nazir Textile is a textile manufacturing business registered and operating in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Our registered address is First Floor, Usman Cafe, Muradabad Road, Faisalabad.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate business enquiries. You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

3. Orders and Quotations

All quotations provided by Nazir Textile, whether through this website, email or phone, are non-binding offers subject to confirmation. A binding contract is only formed when Nazir Textile issues a written order confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders where production capacity is insufficient or specifications cannot be fulfilled to our quality standards.

Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Where no validity period is stated, quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

4. Product Specifications and Samples

We make reasonable efforts to produce goods in accordance with agreed specifications. Minor variations in colour, texture, and dimensions within industry-standard tolerances do not constitute a defect or breach of contract.

Where samples are requested and approved, the production run will conform to the approved sample. Any deviation must be reported within 7 days of goods receipt.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis. Standard terms require a deposit of 50% upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion and before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to production scheduling, material availability, and other factors. Nazir Textile will endeavour to meet agreed delivery dates but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and damage passes to the client upon handover of goods to the client or their nominated carrier.

7. Quality and Returns

All goods are inspected prior to dispatch. If you believe a shipment contains defective goods, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the defect.

Approved defective goods may be replaced, repaired, or credited at our discretion. We do not accept returns for goods that have been used, altered, or damaged post-delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics and the Nazir Textile logo, is the intellectual property of Nazir Textile or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Where clients provide proprietary designs or specifications for production, the intellectual property in those designs remains with the client. Nazir Textile will not use such designs for any other client or purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nazir Textile's liability in connection with any order or service shall not exceed the total value paid by the client for that specific order.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, arising from our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms

Nazir Textile reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
